Ct99 Terms & Conditions – Please read before using the platform

1. General Overview & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the ct99.im website and the ct99 mobile application. Registering, logging in, or using any service on the ct99 platform means you have read and fully agreed to these terms.

Ct99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with ct99. We strictly prohibit minors from gaming. A government-issued ID may be requested for age verification where there is any doubt.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may only operate one ct99 account. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person, household, or device, all accounts will be suspended and all funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. ct99 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold all balances if false or misleading information is provided.

• A valid mobile number or email address is required.
• A national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Please contact support to update your account information.
• Users are responsible for the security of their own account.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Ct99 supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are conducted in BDT.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are generally instant. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted.
• Payments made in a third party's name are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, ct99 reserves the right to refund bets in cases of technical error or event cancellation.

4.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting may change at any time. A bet may be rejected due to odds changes before it is confirmed.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All ct99 bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus has a wagering requirement. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots generally count at 100%, while casino table games contribute less.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds by wagering through low-risk betting strategies.
• Multiple family members claiming bonuses from the same device.

6. Prohibited Activities & Penalties

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ct99 platform:

• Opening an account for a minor or using gaming features on their behalf.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking, phishing, or any other form of technical exploitation.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Running fraudulent operations using the ct99 name or brand.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

Ct99 places the highest priority on protecting users' personal data. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and all information is stored on secure servers.

Information we collect includes: name, mobile number, email, payment details, gaming history, and device information. This data is used to improve our services, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

Ct99 is dedicated to responsible gaming. We see gaming as a form of entertainment and strive to ensure it does not negatively impact anyone's life.

• You can set your own daily and weekly deposit limits.
• You can temporarily close your account for a set period using the self-exclusion tool.
• Activating a cooling-off period will prevent you from placing bets for the specified duration.

9. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Ct99's liability for technical issues, internet disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances is limited. However, we will make every effort to reach a fair resolution in such situations.

9.1 Dispute Resolution Process

For any disputes, please contact ct99 customer support first. The support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may appeal to our Compliance department.

10. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Ct99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or dishonest activity.
• Extended inactivity on the account (generally 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Before closing an account, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless the closure is due to a breach of terms.
